The Birendra Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya, Suping Campus began the eventful journey in the field of education by conducting intermediate level classes in the Faculty of Humanities and introduced the Intermediate Level of Science in 2037 B.S. Since its cradle days, the campus has been successfully conducting the classes with cent percent results in the TU Board Exams.

 

The Suping Campus was shifted to its present location surrounded by beautiful landscape and greenery at Sallaghari in 2044 B.S. In the following years, Suping Multiple Campus was renamed as Birendra Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya (BSAMV) and since then the Mahavidyalaya is solely running under the auspices of the Nepalese Army Welfare Fund.
The primary education was introduced in 2045 B.S. by enrolling students in class IV. The First Batch of SLC graduated in 2051 B.S. 10+2 Program was established under the Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) in 2060 B.S.

From the year 2065 B.S., Birendra Sainik Awasiya Maha Vidyalaya has become a full fledged member of HSEB by running the +2 Education in both Science and Management faculties as well. The Mahavidyalaya is moving steadily on the path of vertical growth by launching B.Sc. Program from the year 2069 BS and BBA from the year 2070 BS under the affiliation of TU, Nepal.

Birendra Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya has a culture of blending academics and sports to develop the individual talent of young students and teach them to relate the experiences of the classroom to the harsh realities of the world outside. Beyond intellectual rigor and high academic standards, strong emphasis is placed on the idea of responsible citizenship, to the end that our students may become critical and compassionate thinkers, lifelong learners and informed participants in local and world affairs, conscious of the shared humanity that binds all people together respecting the variety of cultures and values that make for the richness of life.
  • The medium of instruction is English and every effort is made to teach the students to handle English as a written and spoken language. Students are expected to speak English in the school premises.
  • We endeavour to motivate, support and inspire personal, spiritual, emotional and educational growth in beautiful and serene surroundings.
  • Each year, on an average, 320 students of Grade X and 240 students of Grade XII graduate from Birendra Sainik carrying excellent grades with them.
