Therefore, it was established in April 5th 2002 by group of experienced professionals. DECC is located in Kathmandu. But what about other locations. Considering other parts of students from country who are unable to reach Kathmandu for better counseling, DECC has established its branches in main cities of Nepal like Pokhara, Biratnagar, Butwal and Kumaripati.
