Anderson University

Anderson University is a private, liberal arts institution in Anderson, Indiana, founded in 1917 by the Church of God. Our mission is to educate students for lives of faith and service in the church and society.

Anderson University has made significant advances in its 100 years, progressing from a Bible training school to a full-fledged liberal arts college and finally to a university offering more than 50 undergraduate majors, as well as graduate programs in business, music education, and theology.
