TBC Incubation Centre Welcomes Esteemed Angel Investors and Mentors to Empower the Next Generation of Innovators

The TBC Incubation Centre formally welcomed a distinguished cohort of angel investors and mentors in a signing ceremony. This strategic expansion of its leadership network is designed to significantly strengthen the support system for student entrepreneurs, providing them with access to expert guidance, seed funding, and professional networks.

The newly engaged mentors and investors will play a pivotal role in guiding incubatees through critical stages of their entrepreneurial journey. Their support will encompass idea refinement, business model validation, strategic mentorship, and facilitating connections to potential investors and industry partners. This initiative underscores TBC Incubation Centre’s commitment to transforming innovative student ideas into viable, high-impact ventures.

The newly appointed mentors are:

Kismat Pachhai: A Senior First Officer at Sita Air, Kismat brings leadership from the aviation sector and extensive experience in organisational communication and community development with various NGOs/INGOs, guiding teams toward sustainable growth.
Mr Ujjwal Poudel: Co-founder of Jobs Sniper Pvt. Ltd., he brings over a decade of HR and marketing expertise, having collaborated with over 2,000 organisations. His focus is on talent acquisition, training, and building future-ready teams.
Er. Ujjwal Koirala: A computer engineer and faculty member, Er. Koirala is a specialist in AI, IoT, and robotics. With a multidisciplinary background that includes an MBA and legal studies, he bridges the gap between advanced technology and real-world entrepreneurial application.

The centre also welcomed its newest angel investor:

Captain Rabindra Dangol: A veteran aviator and designated chief pilot, Captain Dangol is an active investor and mentor passionate about transforming ideas into successful businesses. He brings strategic vision to the incubation ecosystem.
